About this accommodation
Several private terraces in the sun and shade under lovely large trees can be found on the property. An evening sun balcony is the entrance to the accommodation. The birds sing in abundance as you walk through a lockable chestnut gate into your private garden. It is locared in a nice quiet spot, flanked by a mature Birch and an Alder, overlooking an exuberant flower garden and our small organic garden plant nursery.
You sleep in a 2-person box bed. The circus wagon also has a kitchenette with running water, a 2-burner stove, a refrigerator and an oven with a grill function. The spacious and clean private sanitary facilities can be found in the glass greenhouse.
The location is beautiful and spacious with many flowers and trees, and has a friendly atmosphere. Clean, cozy and comfortable, with lots of outdoor space and privacy. Terraces in sun and shade, outdoor and covered. Located on an old, cozy, eco-friendly garden plant nursery. This green oasis is a silent paradise, making it less suitable for noisy children.
It is located in the midst of a beautiful river area where you can enjoy cycling, walking and swimming. A stone's throw from the river Waal, near the historic center of fortified town Zaltbommel. A few hundred meters away is a lake where you can swim.
Baskets with organic food for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 2-4 people are available on the premises for 15, -. Bicycles are available for 5, - per day.

- Contact only via WhatsApp or text message (SMS). Contact is possible 9.00 to 10.00 and 18.00 to 19.00. We are usually not present outside these times.
- Check-in possible between 16.00 and 21.00.
- Check-out before 11.00 (am!).
- Dishes and laundry: The dishes and laundry area are in the front of the greenhouse, not in the wagon itself.
- Dishwashers are available by arrangement at €2.50 per wash.
- Shared clean, beautiful washroom in the greenhouse.
- Bedding: Beds must be made before use. Please only use provided linen for hygiene reasons.
- Safety: Except for cooking, fire and smoking are not allowed in the wagon.
- Barbecuing is only permitted in the barbecue area.
- Only moderate use of cannabis and alcohol is allowed.
- Prices include: Use of electricity, gas, showers, bedding and linen.
- Guests: Without prior consultation with us, no one other than guests are allowed to enter our premises (including food deliverers).
- Behavior: If damage is suspected during a stay, we will take action to limit/prevent it.
- We expect our guests to ensure good ventilation in the wagon, to leave it fresh and odor-free at departure, to respect our property and not to take things that belong to us.
- Guests who behave badly in any way or pose a threat and/or risk to us, our grounds, our cars, our family, our guests, our property and our environment will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
- Pets are allowed only after consultation with us, and only if they do not leave an odor and their paws remain off all furniture.
- Deposit: If you cause any damage to our property, all costs will be charged to you.
- If the key is lost, 50 euros will be charged.
- When checking out, we expect our guests to: Put used sheets in the laundry basket in the wagon before departure.
- Dispose of separated waste in the waste bin in front of the glass greenhouse.
- Leave the keys in the key safe. Close and lock the light blue entrance gate.
- Leave the wagon, the sanitary facilities and the grounds in the same fresh, tidy and clean condition as handed over by us on arrival.
- Direct cancellation within 24 hours, subject to an administration fee
- Free rebooking up to 1 week before check-in date
- 50% of the price refunded up to 1 week before the check-in date
- From 1 week before the check-in date 10% of the travel sum returned

It was nice to stay in a gypsy wagon for once. I was there in early October and unfortunately the wagon was not really warm. The wood stove was unfortunately only for decoration. Too bad you have to make your own bed, take out the garbage and bring it back, while you pay €35 for the cleaning afterwards. There was not even a flower from the garden inside, the hedge had yet to be cut and the gas cylinder replaced. I found it a bit meager for that amount.
Het was leuk eens in een pipowagen te verblijven. Ik was er begin oktober en helaas was de wagen niet echt warm te krijgen. Het houtkacheltje was helaas alleen voor de sier. Jammer dat je zelf je bed op moet maken, af moet halen en je vuilnis zelf weg moet brengen, terwijl je €35 betaalt voor de schoonmaak achteraf. Er stond binnen niet eens een bloemetje uit de tuin, de heg moest nog geknipt en de gasfles nog vervangen. Ik vond het wat karig voor dat bedrag.
