Incredibly luxurious and beautiful villa

This forest villa is a highly luxurious and modern vacation home in the Brabant countryside, located between Breda and Oosterhout. The owners have a passion for art and spatial design, which is evident in the architecture and interior design resent within this space. The use of glass, steel and concrete with contemporary furniture pieces make it a unique place. The vacation home is located in a forested area on an estate which also has an 18-hole golf course and a new wellness resort.

The large glass front of the forest villa offers views of the golf course, and you can enjoy beautiful walking or cycling trips from the house. Several terraces are spread across the house. The very spacious house is fully equipped with a cast floor with underfloor heating. You enter the house through a key safe.

The first floor:
Entrance with wardrobe and toilet. The living room has a modern interior with modern furniture including a comfortable lounge sofa, fireplace, widescreen TV and music system. The glass front and back provide plenty of light. A natural sunshade provides privacy. Wood for the fireplace is available for a fee. Using wood from the forest is not allowed due to safety concerns!

Open kitchen with concrete worktop, 4 gas burners, large fridge freezer, microwave / oven, 'Nespresso' machine (bring your own cups) and 'Quooker'. Dining table with 4 chairs.

Floor -1:
Through a downwards staircase (open steps, handrail on wall side) you reach the bedrooms. The staircase is lockable in the living room.

Master bedroom with double bed, safe and closet space.
Open bathroom with bathtub, double sink and shower/Turkish steam bath.

Bedroom with twin beds (single mattresses and comforters) and closet space.
Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet.

Storage room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside the vacation villa:
Through the living room, you reach the terrace (partly delimited by an open fence with steel wire) with two sun loungers, a dining table and chairs. Through the master bedroom downstairs, you reach another terrace with two sun loungers and a lounge set. Here, you will also find a concrete outdoor bathtub. An outdoor staircase connects both terraces. The house is not suitable for small children (open stairs, no banisters, open fencing on the upper terrace, no toys or children's crockery, no cot and high chair).

Want to do something active? A visit to the Burgundian city of Breda, the Efteling or a boat trip in the Biesbosch National Park is worthwhile. As of lately, you can also relax in the new luxury spa-wellness resort located on this estate.

The deposit for the vacation home is €750 and must be paid in advance by bank transfer (after booking you will receive an email from the landlord). It will be refunded approximately 1 week after departure if the house is left neatly and without damage.
