Modern wooden design villa with hot tub

If you are looking for a special place to relax, with luxury, a trendy interior and wellness in a green environment, then you've come to the right place. This wooden forest house is brand new, made of cedar wood and is located in a wooded area near Breda.

The owners have a passion for spatial design and art. In the architecture and interior design they used wood, concrete and glass, combined with modern comfort. The result is surprising and unique and in harmony with the rural environment. The vacation villa is located on the Bergvliet estate, which also has an 18-hole golf course.

The large windows provide a beautiful view of the large terrace with covered hot-tub. From the house you can make beautiful walking and cycling tours over the Vrachelse heath. There is also a restaurant on the golf course, where you can go for a drink, lunch or dinner.

The spacious house is on one floor, without thresholds and has a cast floor with underfloor heating. The living room has a modern interior with modern furniture including a lounge sofa, a fireplace (wood for a fee), a widescreen TV, a DVD player, and a sound system (music channels and playback via smartphone). Over the entire wall length, there is a glass front and the living room is very light. When the weather is lovely, the doors can be opened.

The open kitchen has a large worktop, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, a Nespresso machine (please bring your own cups) and a kettle.

The villa has 2 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a double bed and safe. Adjacent to the room, you will find a bathroom with walk-in (rain) shower, double sink and toilet. The 2nd bedroom is accessible via the terrace and is located in a separate room. It has a twin bed (single mattresses and comforters) and hanging space for clothes. Of course, there is also a bathroom with walk-in (rain) shower, double sink and toilet here.

The terrace at the front of the garden is adjacent to the kitchen, here too the sliding door can be opened and it is lovely to relax in the morning in the sun. There are 2 chairs. The 2nd and large terrace is adjacent to the living room, when the weather is good the glass doors can be opened and you have a wonderful outdoor feeling. On the terrace is a concrete dining table with chairs and 2 loungers.

There is a hot tub on the covered terrace (it is cleaned and filled with water at every change of guest). There is wood ready (for a fee) with which you can heat the hot tub. You may bring your own bbq (fire risk - only electric!).

Immediately after booking you will receive an email from the landlord requesting you to pay the deposit of € 750 in advance by bank transfer. This will be refunded approx. 1 week after departure if the house is left clean and without damage.
