The house is luxurious and modern, made of corten steel. The passion of the owners for spatial design and art is carried through in all facets. The architecture and interior design are made of steel, concrete, and glass, combined with modern comfort.

The large windows provide a beautiful view of the terrace and the rural surroundings. From the house, you can make beautiful walking and cycling tours over the Vrachelse heath. On the golf course, there is also a restaurant where you can go for a drink, lunch, or dinner.

The living room has a modern interior with modern furniture, including a lounge sofa, gas fireplace, widescreen TV, music system (music channels and playback via smartphone). Over the entire length is a glass front, making the living room very light. In fine weather, the doors can be opened. The open kitchen has a large concrete worktop, induction hob, dishwasher, small fridge-freezer, microwave/oven, Nespresso machine (bring your cups), and kettle. There's a wooden dining table with four chairs.

The first bedroom has a double bed, safe, and closet space. The bedroom has a bathtub, and around the corner is a room with a walk-in (rain) shower and double sink. At the entrance is the 2nd bedroom. It has a twin bed (single mattresses and comforters) and hanging space for clothes. The bathroom has a walk-in (rain) shower, double sink, and toilet.

At the vacation home, you can also use the Finnish sauna pod on the terrace (wood for an additional fee), and there's a storage room with a washing machine and dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Outside, there are two terraces. The terrace at the front is adjacent to the kitchen, here too the sliding door can be opened, and it's wonderful to relax in the morning sun. There are two chairs. The 2nd terrace is adjacent to the living room. In fine weather, the glass doors can be opened, and you have a wonderful outdoor feeling. You may bring your own BBQ (fire hazard; only electric!). On the terrace is a concrete dining table with concrete seats and two loungers. There's also a steel outdoor bath and outdoor shower for hot days.

The house is located in a wooded area where you can experience nature up close. It's equipped with all possible luxuries, but mother nature also provides sounds from the forest, insects in or around the house, and blades of grass between the tiles.

Immediately after booking, you will receive an email from the landlord with the request to pay the deposit of €750 in advance by bank transfer. This will be refunded approximately one week after departure if the house is left clean and without damage.
