Vacation hut right by the water in Friesland

Would you like to experience the camping spirit, but you'd rather not spend the night in a tent? In that case, we would like to invite you to this 6-person vacation cabin. The 24 m2 cabin is close to nature right next to a wide ditch full of water plants. The covered veranda gives a cozy feeling. You can enjoy a drink in the evening or watch the sunrise in the morning.

Upon arrival, you only need to unload your belongings. Your car can be parked next to the cabin. There is a picnic table and a hammock on the porch, and inside the cabin, there is a large dining table and 3 bunk beds. You need to bring your own bedding, towels and tea towels. The vacation cabins are equipped with a kitchen including a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils and cutlery, a coffee maker and a kettle. The sanitary facilities are within walking distance (± 100 meters).

This cabin is located on a special campsite in Friesland. It is a meeting place for nature lovers and active outdoor people, those who enjoy walking, cycling, kite surfing, windsurfing, SUP, canoeing, and fishing. The IJsselmeer and the picturesque towns of the Elfsteden, the Gaasterland forests and the Frisian lakes are a wonderful base for many active and outdoor activities, where time may stand still for a moment. The nearby train and bus station Hindeloopen with connections to Sneek, Leeuwarden (Cultural Capital 2018) and Stavoren (a boat connection to Enkhuizen) make holidaying all over Friesland with its diverse landscapes and the IJsselmeer coast super accessible.
