Luxury houseboat with a stunning view

This spacious houseboat for 4 to 5 people is located in one of the most beautiful marinas in the Netherlands. The port is surrounded by the beautiful rolling hills of South Limburg. The port is also just a stone's throw from Maastricht and the Geul and Gulp Valley. In the immediate vicinity of the port, there is also a large recreational lake (plas Oost-Maarland) and you can enjoy numerous hiking and cycling trails.

The large houseboat is 12 by 4 meters and has 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds. For the 5th person, there is a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Sufficient towels are available for the duration of your stay. In the spacious living area, there is also a kitchen which includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, plates & cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker and kettle. Here you will also find a dining table and a lounge/sleeping sofa. Of course, there is a TV here, but you will have the best 'view' when you look outside through the large glass windows. Enjoy the beautiful view of the marina and the surroundings, including the Sint Pietersberg. In summer, the air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor temperature. Enjoying a snack and a drink on your own private (roof) terrace is a real pleasure. It is also possible to book breakfast for an additional charge.

Directly adjacent to the marina is a restaurant. Here, you can enjoy a drink in the bar or a delicious lunch or dinner in the luxurious restaurant.

Please note that pets are not allowed on the houseboat. International TV channels cannot be received.
