The Accommodation
The house has two floors and is comfortably furnished for up to twelve people. The cozy living room and spacious kitchen form the warm heart of the home. Here, you can start your day peacefully with a cup of coffee and gather together again after an active day outdoors. The house features three spacious bedrooms, each accommodating four people (including two comfortable beds on a loft). Carefree togetherness is a priority, as every bedroom has its own bathroom with a toilet, ensuring plenty of practical privacy.

The Property
Make your stay even more relaxing by booking the private wellness area with a sauna and hot tub on the property on a daily basis. For the youngest guests (and enthusiastic adults), there’s a covered play barn full of fun activities among the hay bales, which is always freely accessible. Looking for a unique experience? You can even help herd sheep right here on the farm! And if you don’t feel like cooking one evening, you can join us for a cozy meal at the farm—subject to availability and prior arrangement.

The Surroundings
The property is beautifully situated among the fields at the junction of Twente, Salland, and the Achterhoek in the province of Overijssel, close to the Sallandse Heuvelrug and the Holterberg. You can walk or bike straight into nature from the property, easily join the Pieterpad trail, or follow scenic routes toward Rijssen, Holten, Nijverdal, Almelo, and Deventer. This is also a fantastic spot for birdwatchers. From the birdwatching hut on the grounds, you can easily spot the most beautiful (meadow) birds.
