About this accommodation
Some designs never go out of style—they only get more beautiful with time. In this charming nature cabin/treehouse for two people in Bavaria, Germany, the unmistakable style of the 1970s is brought back to life in a contemporary, stylish way. Warm orange accents, deep wood tones, and bold shapes instantly bring coziness and ambiance to the space. At the same time, large windows allow beautiful natural light to flood in and bring the tranquility of the surrounding forest indoors. It’s the ultimate blend of nostalgic charm, modern comfort, and a sense of security.
The Accommodation
From the spacious double bed (180 × 200 cm), you can enjoy a lovely view over the trees. The bathroom features sleek finishes, a comfortable walk-in shower, soft towels, an ionic hair dryer, and a sustainable soap dispenser. To ensure a pleasant indoor climate, the accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. An added bonus: your dog is also welcome to enjoy this special retreat.
Outside, you can unwind on your own covered terrace. In the outdoor kitchen, you can prepare meals on the portable Teppanyaki grill, pour yourself a fresh cup of French press coffee, and discover local beverages in the regional minibar. For those who want to make their relaxation experience complete, the shared sauna with an outdoor shower and sun terrace can be booked as an optional extra.
The Park
The treehouse is situated on a spacious 30,000-square-meter property. Here, ten unique treehouses are scattered among the greenery, connected to one another by wooden walkways. You’ll have your own secluded spot here, where you can fully enjoy your peace and privacy. Respect for nature is central to the park. All accommodations are built ecologically, equipped with green sedum roofs and solar panels, and hundreds of new trees have been planted on the grounds. This makes this treehouse perfect for those who want to unwind or celebrate something special together. Upon request, your cabin can even be illuminated in a fairy-tale-like setting upon arrival for a romantic anniversary or proposal.
The Surroundings
The property serves as the ideal base for exploring the diverse Franconia region. Hike or bike directly from the grounds along the many trails of the Steigerwald Nature Park. Walk along the Baumwipfelpfad to admire the treetops from above, explore the historical Cistercian abbey in Ebrach, or sample the famous Franconian wines in one of the nearby wine villages along the Main River. For culture lovers, Bamberg and Würzburg are just a short drive away for a day trip.
