Located in a small, green vacation park in North Limburg, near the Mookerplas, this charming, detached A-frame cottage accommodates up to 6 people. The cottage combines comfort with charm and stands out thanks to its spacious garden with unobstructed views of the surrounding fields. With comfortable lounge chairs, a furnished patio, and a private parking spot right by the cottage, you can fully enjoy the great outdoors here.

The Accommodation
With a floor area of 100 m², this vacation home offers plenty of space for the entire company, and pets (up to 2) are also welcome here. The bright living room features a comfortable 5- to 6-seater corner sofa and a Smart TV. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, a combination oven, a spacious freezer, and both a Nespresso and a filter coffee maker. There are three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and features an additional TV. The first floor has two more bedrooms under the charming sloping ceilings of the A-frame, one of which has its own sink. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with a rain showerhead and a vanity unit. There is also a separate toilet and an indoor storage room equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer.

The Holiday Park
At the holiday park, a welcoming reception desk is ready to assist you with tips on how to make the most of your holiday. For an extra comfortable stay, the park offers practical amenities such as a charging station for electric cars, a grocery delivery service, and a towel service. Additional amenities for disabled guests are available upon request, including wall grab bars and a shower stool. For the kids, there’s a small playground on the grounds.

The Surroundings
From the park, you can walk straight into the woods or out onto the rolling landscape of the Mookerheide. The Mookerplas is also nearby for relaxation by or on the water. For cycling enthusiasts, there’s a central, covered bike shed with a bike lift at the reception desk. What’s more, you can reach the bustling center of Nijmegen in just 15 minutes—ideal for a day of shopping or enjoying a drink on a sidewalk café. There are several fun amusement parks in the area, suitable for all ages. Just a 15-minute drive (12 km) away is Tivoli in Berg en Dal. If you’re looking for a bit more excitement, you can reach Toverland in Sevenum in 35 to 40 minutes (45 km). For a unique day trip just across the German border, it’s about a 25- to 30-minute drive (25 km) to Wunderland Kalkar.
