Cozy tent cabin with a hot tub surrounded by nature

As soon as you park your car at the farm, you’ll immediately feel the hustle and bustle of everyday life quietly slip away. This spacious tent cabin is nestled among the trees, offering plenty of privacy, unobstructed views of the surrounding greenery, and a wood-fired hot tub right next to the patio. Here, you can start your morning peacefully on the veranda with a cup of coffee, then warm up in the hot water under the stars in the evening. It’s the ultimate spot for five people to fully recharge their batteries in a relaxed setting.

The Accommodation
The tent cabin measures 45 m² and is comfortably furnished. It features a spacious living area with a large dining table and a cozy sitting area. You’ll cook on the wood-burning stove in the kitchenette, where you’ll find cold running tap water and a large cooler that keeps your groceries ice-cold with ice packs. When these ice packs stop keeping things cold, you can exchange them at the farm shop or in the barn. Drift off to sleep in the master bedroom with a double bed, the room with the sturdy bunk bed, or the nostalgic box bed. In the morning, put the kettle on the stove and grind your own coffee beans in the hand grinder for a fresh cup of coffee. The tent cottage features a real flush toilet, and right next to the tent is a private shower stall with a hot shower.

The real showstopper is right next to the tent: your own wood-fired hot tub, which is all yours during your stay. During the day, it’s a fantastic source of water fun for the kids, and in the evening, it’s the place where you can relax for hours with a good glass of wine under the clear starry sky. Without electricity, but with the warm glow of oil lamps and candles, every evening takes on a magical touch.

Cooking your own meals here becomes a real adventure. At the back of the property lies half a hectare of land filled with all kinds of fruits and vegetables, where you can pick your own fresh ingredients each day. Don’t feel like making a complicated meal? Pop your homemade creations into the pizza oven out in the yard.

The Farm
For the kids, the grounds are one big natural playground. There’s plenty of space to play soccer, hide-and-seek, or wrap up the day together with a hilarious game of farmer’s golf.

The Surroundings
Do you enjoy getting out and about? One of Gelderland’s most beautiful hikes starts practically right outside the door and takes you through the woods and past the fairytale-like Hackfort Castle. Hop on a bike to Bronkhorst, the smallest town in the Netherlands; go for a swim at the Bronsbergermeer; or soak up the energy in the historical Hanseatic city of Zutphen. Here you can enjoy shopping in unique boutiques, take a ride on an electric boat, or simply people-watch from a cozy terrace along the IJssel River.
