This lovely apartment for 2 people is located in the port city of Dénia, Spain. It is a lively seaside resort on the Costa Blanca with a charming historical center, a modern marina, and beautiful sandy beaches.

The Apartment
This modernly furnished apartment features 1 spacious bedroom with a large double bed. It also includes a living room with a TV, dining table, and a sofa bed. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with a spacious rain shower, sink, and toilet. Plenty of towels are provided. The kitchen, located in the living room, features an induction cooktop and is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and everything you need to prepare a complete meal. A washer and dryer are located in the closet in the entryway.

The bedroom and living room open onto a spacious balcony that spans the width of the apartment, offering views of the complex’s shared pool and the small park. You’ll also find the bocce court here. Looking to the left, you’ll see Denia Castle. To the right, there’s a stunning view of Montgó.

The Surroundings
The immediate surroundings of the apartment are quiet. Looking for more excitement? You can walk to the city center in 10 minutes, where you’ll find plenty of fun and entertainment. The same goes for the nearby supermarkets. (Mercadona, Lidl, Consum). In the historical center, you’ll find narrow streets, charming squares, and Denia Castle, which towers high above the city and offers a beautiful view of the harbor and the coast. In the old fishing district of Baix la Mar, you can still experience the city’s authentic atmosphere and find numerous restaurants and outdoor cafes. Nature lovers can visit the Montgó Nature Park. This protected area features several hiking trails through a landscape of pine trees, rock formations, and scenic viewpoints. Along the coast, wide sandy beaches alternate with small rocky coves. The Les Rotes area, in particular, is known for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful seaside promenade. Here you can snorkel, swim, or take a leisurely stroll along the coast with views of the cliffs of Cape San Antonio. Several day trips are also possible from Dénia. The nearby town of Jávea is known for its coves and promenade, while the white artists’ village of Altea is one of the most beautiful places on the Costa Blanca. In addition, ferries depart daily from the port of Dénia to Ibiza and Formentera, making a visit to the Balearic Islands a real possibility.
