The accommodation
The villa has eight comfortable bedrooms, two of which have a private bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor are six bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen is luxurious and fully equipped. Outside you will find a private covered pool, hot tub, outdoor shower and a spacious garden with garden furniture and sun loungers. Parking is available on site (3 cars) and you can use the Wifi for free.

The park
The park is still under development, which can sometimes cause some inconvenience. However, it already offers various facilities such as a laundry room, charging stations, jetty and playing fields. The waterfront restaurant will open soon.

The area
The region offers a mix of tranquility, water and nature. You are close to the beach at Petten aan Zee, the historical city of Alkmaar and atmospheric villages such as Schagen and De Rijp. Cycling and walking routes lead you through the polder landscape and along mills and canals. Water sports enthusiasts can go to the Alkmaardermeer. In short, a versatile destination for young and old.
