Detached brick family home with a spacious balcony. The open-plan living and dining area includes a fully integrated kitchen. Through the large sliding glass door, you have stunning views of the Bay of Porto Ceresio and direct access to the balcony.
The house was built in 2003 by the renowned architecture firm WDMRA – Wespi De Meuron Romeo Architetti and has received several awards.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms – one smaller room with a double bed, and one larger room with two single beds and two glass desks – as well as a bathroom with a shower. On the elevated ground floor, there is a sauna with a shower, and an additional toilet at the entrance. A steep stone staircase leads from the entrance to the second floor.
