Luxury villa with 220 m² of living space and a large heated private pool, located in an unobstructed top location with a 180° panoramic view over Lake Maggiore and the Brissago Islands, in the picturesque village of Ronco sopra Ascona. Cars can be parked conveniently in the covered carport or on the private parking space directly in front of the villa. Due to the unique location, the living areas, garden, and pool area are completely private. The heated outdoor pool, terraces, and garden offer a relaxing and intimate atmosphere with plenty of seating, a large covered terrace, a panoramic platform for enjoying the evening with a breathtaking view of the lake, and a garden area with a sunbathing space — all with fantastic lake views.

Here you’ll feel at home, in a romantic, elegant setting with complete privacy. The luxurious living area features an open-plan kitchen with direct access to the terraces, a seating area with a large fireplace, and stunning lake views with sunshine all day long. Just three granite steps lead down to the heated outdoor pool surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden.

From the entrance, you step into the open-plan living space, furnished with designer furniture, a fireplace, dining area, kitchen with steamer, cooking island, oven — all with lake views and access to the terraces.

On the same floor is the spacious, bright master bedroom with access to the terrace and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.

The lower floor, accessible via stairs, has two bright bedrooms — each with a private luxury bathroom and direct access to the garden. This level also houses a spacious sauna with a relaxation room and access to the garden.

The generous pool invites guests of all ages to swim and unwind.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a separate basement room.

Hiking areas: Take the cable car and chairlift from Orselina to Cardada/Cimetta, where you'll enjoy a 360° panoramic view — from the Maggia River delta between Locarno and Ascona (Switzerland’s lowest point) to the Monte Rosa massif (Switzerland’s highest point). Cardada/Cimetta offers many hiking trails for all ages, and snowshoe hikes are possible as long as there is snow.

Hidden gems: Bosco Gurin is one of the most charming mountain villages in Switzerland. Founded in 1253 by Walser settlers, it is beautifully preserved with its original stone and wooden houses. Here, you can disconnect from the hustle and immerse yourself in nature, activity, and tradition.

Onsernone, Maggia, and Verzasca Valleys:
These are wild, peaceful valleys with terraced hillsides and tiny sunlit villages clinging to the cliffs. They have retained their tranquil, natural beauty and rich cultural heritage. The Maggia Valley branches out like a hand — each 'finger' offering crystal-clear rivers perfect for swimming and hiking. The Verzasca Valley remains untouched and offers a unique mix of adventure, culture, and nature.

Boat trips on Lake Maggiore:
Visit the lively market in Intra (Italy). Instead of braving the busy lakeside roads via Brissago, why not take the boat or hydrofoil? At the market, you'll find a wide range of products — fresh cheese, mozzarella, Parmigiano, pecorino, lake fish, cold cuts, local honey, bread, pastries, fresh vegetables (even in winter), and leather goods like shoes, bags, belts, and jackets.

The Brissago Islands, home to the Botanical Garden of the Canton of Ticino, offer a peaceful escape from daily life. Surrounded by exotic plants, colors, and scents, you'll find peace and restore your physical and mental well-being.
