The accommodation

The interior features a modern alpine style, with authentic wood from the Ötztal region – sourced from Michl’s old barn. Bright, spacious and comfortable, our chalets and apartments invite you to relax and unwind. The standard amenities include high-quality box spring beds in the bedrooms, a terrace or balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and elegant bathrooms with rainfall showers.

This chalet (approx. 111 m²) includes:
3 double bedrooms with box spring beds (one with an additional single bed)
2 bathrooms with rain showers, toilet, hairdryer, and makeup mirror
1 bathroom with rain shower, toilet, hairdryer, makeup mirror, 2 infrared seating benches, large bathtub, and a relaxation area with views of the evening sky through a large window or from the bathroom balcony

This apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding nature. In winter, the slope runs directly past the accommodation – ski in, ski out! After a day on the mountain, dive into Sölden’s world-famous après-ski scene. Whether you're here to party or relax, you'll find what you're looking for.

In summer, step outside and you’re immediately in the heart of Sölden’s hiking and biking paradise. Start your route directly from the apartment or take one of the nearby lifts to higher elevations.

Good to know:
The Ötztal Premium Card is included in summer. Year-round, our guests enjoy a 10% discount on admission to the Aqua Dome Tirol Therme Längenfeld, thanks to our partnership with the thermal spa.

A restaurant is just 300 meters away. Free Wi-Fi, parking, bed linen and towels are all included. There’s also an EV charging station and a bicycle storage area with a workbench and wash station.

The location
Enjoy peace and relaxation, with excellent connections to the Giggijoch ski slopes and the Harise (670) and Traien (677) MTB trails, which pass right by the house. The Panoramaalm is nearby, and the village center is around 1.5 km away.
