There is plenty to do in the vicinity of the vacation home. Holwerd is located right by the Wadden Sea, which has been voted the most beautiful nature reserve in the Netherlands. Try walking across the mudflats with a so-called 'zwerftocht', where you make a trip across the mudflats under the guidance of experienced guides. You can also make beautiful cycling and walking tours and immerse yourself in the endless, beautiful nature. The boat to Ameland departs from the harbor in Holwerd, so the vacation home is also ideally situated for a day out full of sun, the sea and the beach.

Cozy cottage, good base for exploring the Frisian countryside, villages and towns. Owner very nice and hospitable.
Gezellig huisje, goede uitvalbasis voor het ontdekken van het Friese landschap, dorpjes en steden. Eigenaresse heel aardig en gastvrij.
What a beautiful cottage with fine kitchen, wonderful beds and a beautiful interior. In the living room you can see right to the ridge. Beautiful! As a result - in winter - it takes some time to get somewhat warm. But that does not spoil the fun!
Wat een prachtig huisje met fijne keuken, heerlijke bedden en een fraai interieur. In de woonkamer kijk je zo naar de nok. Mooi! Daardoor kost het - in de winter - wel wat tijd om het enigszins warm te krijgen. Maar dat drukt de pret geenszins!
A WONDERFUL place. Super cared for, clean and on arrival a delicious local treat in the fridge. Quiet central location, lovely roof terrace, spacious kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances, fine beds and nice shower. All in all a TOP stay. Definitely recommended.
Een GEWELDIGE plek. Superverzorgd, schoon en bij aankomst een heerlijke lokale lekkernij in de koelkast. Rustige centrale locatie, heerlijk dakterras, ruime keuken met alle benodigde keukenapparatuur, fijne bedden en lekkere douche. Al met al een TOPverblijf. Zeker aan te bevelen.
