Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Sitting area. Facilities: telephone. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Maximum occupancy is 5 people (a baby or toddler is NOT possible as a 6th person).

Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, railway station "Seehausen" 18 km. Minigolf 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The seven wooden houses on vacation are in a small residence of holidays. Lake Arend located 200 m includes a beach and a boat rental centre and steamboat excursions (extra).
