Vacation villa with sauna on the Veluwe

This luxurious getaway offers the ideal combination of tranquility and nature, and as soon as you arrive, you’ll be surrounded by a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere that instantly puts you in a vacation mood. The Accommodation
This bungalow is centrally located within the park and offers plenty of space for a weekend getaway with friends or a family weekend. The villa has two floors and can accommodate 10 people. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room with a sitting area and TV, as well as a separate dining area. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee maker, among other appliances. In total, this home has 5 bedrooms: 2 on the ground floor, one with a bunk bed and the other with two single beds. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor, and all of them have two single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a bathtub, and a separate toilet. In addition, this home features an infrared sauna. Outside is a large garden with a furnished terrace. The villa has parking for three cars and offers free Wi-Fi.

The park
When the weather isn’t so great, it’s wonderful to relax in the indoor pool, where the little ones can also have a great time in the separate children’s pool. Between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., you can swim laps in peace and quiet. For those who like to stay in shape, fitness equipment is available. You can also completely unwind in the wellness center, complete with a sauna and plunge pool. After your workout or relaxation session, you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the cozy lounge behind the front desk. In the mood for some action? Challenge your friends to a game of table tennis or tennis on the all-weather court. The little ones can go on an adventure with the Kids Safari, or let off steam on the air trampoline, swings, and climbing structures scattered throughout the park. The Kids Club is located at the front desk, where children can also go to do some crafts or play a game. This space is available during the front desk’s opening hours.

Worked up an appetite? Then head to the cozy park restaurant, where you can enjoy a drink, lunch, or dinner on the sunny terrace. The menu offers a wide selection of fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes. Prefer pizza? The 24-hour pizza kiosk next to the reception desk always has fresh pizzas ready. Start your day off right with fresh rolls from the roll service. For small groceries, visit the park shop next to the front desk. Want to explore the area? At the front desk, you can rent bicycles, children’s bikes, or e-bikes to explore the beautiful natural surroundings at your leisure.

Surroundings
The charming city of Apeldoorn is just a short distance away, offering unique day trips. Walk among the monkeys at Apenheul, discover history at Paleis het Loo, or enjoy a day full of fun at Julianatoren Amusement Park. Apeldoorn also offers sports activities, such as Omnisport, where you’ll find a cycling track and an athletic track. Explore the beautiful natural surroundings of the park, where impressive castles sometimes appear out of nowhere. For example, follow the popular 8-Castle Route and stop at Vorden Castle for a guided tour. Take a lovely walk to the Loenense Waterfalls, one of the hidden gems in the area. Nature lovers can indulge themselves in nearby national parks such as the Veluwezoom and the Hoge Veluwe. Here you can hike through vast heathlands, expansive forests, and mystical sand drifts. The Hoge Veluwe National Park is not only the largest in the Netherlands but also home to the Kröller-Müller Museum, which houses the second-largest Van Gogh collection in the world.
