The Holiday Home
As soon as you step inside this cozy cottage, you’ll immediately feel the warm, homey atmosphere. The bright living room is furnished with comfortable seating areas, ideal for curling up on the couch with a good movie or a book after a long walk in the woods. The open kitchen is fully equipped, making it just as easy to whip up a quick breakfast for two as it is to prepare a lavish dinner for the whole company. The lodge features two tastefully decorated bedrooms that, thanks to the comfortable beds and peaceful location, guarantee a restful night’s sleep. You can easily store your clothes and belongings in the spacious closets. The contemporary bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower, toilet, and sink.

Outside, you can transform the terrace into your own relaxation spot in no time. Under the stylish pergola, you can sit comfortably sheltered in the fresh forest air. And the absolute highlight? That’s the hot tub, of course. Nothing beats the feeling of sinking into the warm water after an active day in nature, while the wind rustles through the trees. Parking is available right at the lodge (one car), and you can connect to the Wi-Fi for free.

The vacation park
There’s something for everyone at the vacation park. During vacation periods, the entertainment team provides plenty of fun, and there are various sports fields and playgrounds. In the summer, you can enjoy the heated outdoor pool and an exciting 30-meter-long water slide (open from May through mid-September). For the little ones, there’s a shallow toddler pool with fun play features like water jets, bubbles, and small waterfalls. The pool is right next to the cozy café, where you can grab an ice cream, a drink, or a snack. For a quick snack, there’s a snack corner and a campground store, and for a more substantial meal, there’s a restaurant. You can also rent bikes—regular, electric, and children’s bikes—and there are charging stations for electric cars at the park.

The Surroundings
The property is located in the beautiful Veluwe region of Gelderland, one of the most scenic nature areas in the Netherlands. Here, you can enjoy endless walks and bike rides through forests, heathlands, and sand drifts, with De Hoge Veluwe National Park and the Veluwezoom just a short distance away. Apeldoorn also offers many cultural attractions, such as Paleis Het Loo with its impressive gardens, and for families, Apenheul—with its free-roaming monkeys—and the Julianatoren Children’s Amusement Park are favorites. Apeldoorn combines natural beauty with a vibrant city full of restaurants, shops, and cozy outdoor cafes.
