Tiny house in green and historic environment

Spend the night in a special place in the ancient hamlet of Straten. This nostalgic and comfortable tiny house is located in a historic spot in the middle of the greenery. The house has everything you need, including a kitchenette and bathroom. The house is on a beautiful estate with multiple accommodations.

The cottage has room for two adults and possibly one child under the age of three. The cottage is made with authentic materials, such as stones from an old monastery and large wooden beams, and therefore has a cozy and warm atmosphere. You sleep on a lovely double bed. The bathroom has its own shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Weather permitting, you can use your own terrace with garden furniture. Have your breakfast in the morning sun, or enjoy a cool drink on a warm summer evening.

It is also possible to use a wood-fired hot tub for 2 people (75 euros per day including wood) and an outdoor oven to prepare homemade pizzas or to barbecue on the grill (25 euros per day including wood). The hot tub and oven can be reserved on-site. Please note that we try to accommodate as many guests as possible, but our stock is limited.

Unwind in nature
Surrounded by greenery on the beautiful green country estate, this is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Around the country estate, there are countless walking and cycling routes through the surrounding nature. The cottage is not only located in the middle of Het Groene Woud, and near the nature reserve De Kampina, it is also part of the Brabantse Kempen; one of the most popular regions in the Netherlands.

Enjoy history and conviviality
In addition, the accommodation is located near the charming and monumental village of Oirschot. The village has more than three hundred monuments. Oirschot is full of hidden gems, both around the Market, in Spoordonk or de Beerzen, and in the extensive countryside. With narrow streets and two beautiful churches in the center, hidden culinary surprises and cultural secrets, you have plenty of things to explore.
