A kilometre away from the centre of Carini, in an exclusive area, stands this amazing house, with a stunning view of the sea.
Mamma Maria is immersed in a typical Mediterranean orange grow and spreads on two levels. All the rooms are bright and spacious and accurately refined. On the ground floor we have: the fully equipped kitchen with a dining room facing the garden; the magnificent round living room, elegant, comfortable, and with a wall of windows facing the pool area and with a gorgeous panorama on the sea; the master bedroom with ensuite; a double bedroom and a twin; other two bathrooms. A fashionable staircase leads to the first floor where we have a nice indoor terrace overlooking the living room, with pool table, treadmill (“tapis roulant”), table-football and home gym; a double bedroom and a bathroom. All the bedrooms are provided with AC and television.Bedrooms (4) and bathrooms (4): 1 double bedroom with ensuite (with shower) on the ground floor; 1 double bedroom on the ground floor; 1 twin on the ground floor; 1 bathroom (with shower) on the ground floor; 1 bathroom on the ground floor; 1 double bedroom on the first floor; 1 bathroom on the first floor (with bathtub).PLEASE NOTE THAT ON ARRIVAL THE SUM OF € 300 IS REQUIRED IN CASH FOR THE FINAL CLEANING FEE.Electricity is included up to 200 kWh per week. Any excess will have a cost.
The exterior of the house is full of romantic corners, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, and the relaxing pool area with a super view on the Mediterranean Sea, the latter 10 kms away.
We are in Carini a nice town famous for its wonderful castle and the dramatic story of one of its dweller: Laura Lanza di Trabia (la Baronessa di Carini)Carini is 5 kms from the sandy beach, where you can find many amenities as lido (private bath establishments), restaurants, bars…Segesta, the archeological area is 40 kms away.Palermo, the capital of Sicily, with its gorgeous monuments, markets, beaches and street food! is just 15 kms away.We suggest paying a visit to the following places: Naturalistic reserve of Zingaro and Scopello village (50kms); Trapani (60 kms); Capo Gallo naturalistic reserve (15kms); Cefalù (60 kms).The airport is 10 kms away.
