Op de begane grond is de woonkamer met zithoek, Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube etc.) en DVD, grote eettafel en open haard, evenals toegang tot het terras en het zwembad. Er is ook een volledig uitgeruste keuken met inductiekookplaat, oven, magnetron, vaatwasser, Amerikaanse koelkast met vriezer, blender en koffiezetapparaat. In het hele huis zijn twee slaapkamers met tweepersoonsbedden (elk 1,60 x 2,00 m), satelliet-tv en airconditioning met warm/koud stand. Beide slaapkamers hebben een grote kledingkast met voldoende ruimte voor een kledingkast. Beide slaapkamers delen een badkamer met bad/douche, wc en bidet.
Op de bovenverdieping is er nog een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed (1,80 x 2,00 m), die ook is uitgerust met satelliet-tv en airconditioning met warm/koud-stand. Een enorme ingebouwde kledingkast biedt ruimte voor de hele garderobe. De aangrenzende badkamer heeft een toilet en een moderne inloopdouche met regendouche om in te ontspannen.
Er zijn geen extra kosten ter plaatse. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen. Wasmachine, wasdroger, strijkijzer/strijkplank beschikbaar. Kinderbed en -stoel op aanvraag gratis, huisdieren zijn toegestaan op afspraak.
De borg van 250€ moet 5 dagen voor aankomst op onze rekening zijn overgemaakt.
De toeristenbelasting is momenteel voor gasten (vanaf 14 jaar) 2,20 € / dag
(onder voorbehoud van wijzigingen) de toeristenbelasting moet ook worden overgemaakt op onze rekening.
Het aangegeven bedrag voor de eindschoonmaak / sleuteloverdracht is onder voorbehoud van een prijsverhoging door de woningbeheerder.
Bij aankomst op zon- en feestdagen in Mallorca is er geen persoonlijke sleuteloverdracht mogelijk en wordt de sleutel in een sleutelkluis gedeponeerd. De briefing moet de volgende dag plaatsvinden.
Bij het terugbetalen van de aanbetaling worden alle gemaakte kosten, zoals Paypal- en transactiekosten, toeristenbelasting en de hierboven genoemde extra kosten ingehouden.

Excursies : Mallorca, het grootste eiland van de Balearen, combineert een fascinerende verscheidenheid aan landschappen: van de ruige kliffen tot de ruige berggebieden en van de idyllische valleien met sinaasappel- en citroenboomgaarden tot de uitgestrekte vlaktes waar in het voorjaar de amandelbomen bloeien. Het eiland dankt zijn faam ook aan het constante midzomerweer met aangename badtemperaturen en slechts zelden regenachtige dagen. Mallorca heeft vakantiegangers die geïnteresseerd zijn in sport ook veel te bieden: allerlei watersporten, jachthavens, talloze golfbanen en tennisbanen, paardrijden, wandelen en veel fietsverhuurstations. Actieve vakantiegangers zullen de charme van dit eiland ontdekken, vooral in de rustigere lente- en late herfstmaanden.
Locatiebeschrijving : Het stadje Capdepera ligt tussen twee heuvels in het uiterste noordoosten van het eiland, niet ver van Cala Ratjada (3 km). Een machtig kasteel domineert het stadsbeeld. Vanaf de vestingtoren heb je een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht. Het kleine dorpsplein met cafés, restaurants en winkels is een populaire ontmoetingsplaats. In augustus wordt er een groot festival gehouden ter ere van de dorpsheilige. De prachtige zandbaai van Cala Mezquida, die wordt begrensd door een van de grootste en best bewaarde duinsystemen van het eiland, ligt op 6 km afstand. Er is een strandbar, verschillende restaurants en er zijn ligstoelen te huur bij de baai (alleen in de zomermaanden). Busverbinding naar Cala Ratjada. Mooie wandelmogelijkheden, ook naar de naburige baaien van Cala Agulla (6 km, ook een natuurreservaat) of naar Cala Torta. 4 golfbanen in de buurt, de dichtstbijzijnde in Capdepera (3 km). Arta met wekelijkse markt op dinsdag 8 km. Cala Ratjada met wekelijkse markt (3 km) elke zaterdag.
