The small villages of Mallorca often hide unexpected treasures! The villa is a superlative townhouse since it was renovated to a high standard and luxuriously. Anyone standing on the street in front of the wooden entrance door will hardly be able to imagine the incredible views that await them behind it.
Meter-high glass fronts and two terraces bring the Tramuntana mountains up close and place the surrounding area of Búger at your feet. In the comfortable sun loungers on the roof you can enjoy the breathtaking panorama in private, swim into the green in the 5 m x 3 m salt water pool with a waterfall or, on very hot days, retreat to the loggia, which provides shade as a glass top. On the lower terrace, the jacuzzi and gas grill await you for hours of enjoyment in the evening light.
The olive tree in the living loft, large-format pictures and a variety of light sources are further eye-catchers. The two floors are designed to be airy and open, with a gallery and continuous window fronts that connect inside and outside, above and below, into a harmonious unit.
Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth even in the slightly cooler season. The living room with comfortable upholstered furniture and a large flat screen combines perfectly with the luxurious high-gloss kitchen, as well as a double bedroom and the shared bathroom (in the entrance area). A staircase leads up to another three bedrooms in a subtle color scheme, with beds that will literally let you float on cloud nine. The double beds measure an impressive 1.80 x 2 m. All four bathrooms of course have walk-in showers and are integrated into the rooms as en-suites.
The villa is about 20 km from the Badia d'Alcúdia and the Lluc Monastery. Búger and Sa Pobla with the old town and Sunday weekly market are your next port of call, but the Ma-13 takes you comfortably to Inca in about 15 minutes for bulk shopping
