Holiday home in Acqualagna

Accommodation:
Giuseppe is one of the three apartments that make up Casale degli Ulivi and is located on the first floor with direct access from the veranda.

The Giuseppe apartment, which is accessed by an external private staircase leading to the well-furnished veranda and from which you enter the apartment, consists of: a well-equipped kitchen, living room with a large sofa, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom , a bedroom with two French beds (120 cm) in the mezzanine area, a bathroom with tub-shower and a bathroom with shower. A terrace accessible from the living area, enjoys a panoramic view of the pool and is furnished with a sofa, table and chairs for dining or relaxing outdoors. If necessary, an extra single bed can be added.

Available and shared with the guests of Casale degli Ulivi, a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage, sun beds and umbrellas for sunbathing. The laundry area is also shared with an iron and ironing board.

Located in a peaceful garden with wonderful olive trees, this farmhouse enjoys a splendid view of the valley, hills and mountains of the Apennines. The villa is located just 2 km from Acqualagna, the famous truffle capital of Italy. Here you can find several excellent restaurants offering a great variety of truffle dishes. In about 25 minutes by car you can reach the Adriatic Sea and the city of Fano with free beaches (sand or stones) or well-equipped establishments and in the immediate vicinity, restaurants, bars and cafes. Cities such as Cagli and Urbino can be reached in 10-20 minutes by car.

Standing in a quiet garden of olive trees and roses, this farmhouse enjoys superb views of the valley, as far as the hills and the Apennine mountains.
The building has a large loggia and verandah, furnished with tables, chairs and sofas on which to relax outdoors as you enjoy your unique holiday. Another small detail…there is also a piano available for guests to use.


Take the motorway A14 Bologna / Pescara.
Exit at Fano, follow direction to Rome, drive about 40 km. and then follow the sign to Acqualagna (the second exit after a tunnel of about 4 km. (named Galleria del Furlo).
At this point you will see in front of you a petrol station, then turn left, at the roundabout turn right and follow the sign to Fermignano.
After about 1 km. you will see on your left the sign “Casa Vacanze – Gli Olivi”. At the end country road you will arrive at the house.



The property is fenced all round and comprises two independent apartments, each with its own private area. It is also perfect for rental as a single villa.
