Stunning villa in an exclusive private residence in the popular area of ​​Sa Coma, on the east coast of Mallorca. The villa, with Mediterranean style, has approximately 200 square feet on two floors, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom is downstairs and has a bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs and share two bathrooms (one with bath). On the lower level are also a living room with fireplace and access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. The exterior of the house is gorgeous, and feature a terrace, a garden with lawn, outside shower and a huge pool of 12m x 6m (0.80m x 1.80m deep). Sa Coma is a small village near Porto Cristo, on the east coast of Mallorca. The beach of clean and white sand extends over a length of almost 1 kilometer. The water of this beach was awarded for its good quality with the Blue Flag. Behind the beach is a long promenade, which connects with the small resort of S'illot.
