Relax and enjoy the mountain in this villa, located in the Serra de Tramuntana.It consists of 340 square meters and is distributed in 2 levels.The house has 4 bedrooms:- 1 bedroom with single bed- 1 bedroom bed of 180x190- 1 bedroom bed of 160x190- 1 bedroom bed of 160x190It also has baby cot and highchair.Living room with satellite TV, wifi, stereo and table and chairs for 8 people.Fully equipped kitchen with appliances.3 bathrooms with bathtubs and showers.Once outside you will enjoy barbecue, a pool of 8 x 4.5 x1,80 meters, 8 sunbeds, private garden and terrace.The nearest grocery store is 1 kilometer, as well as the pharmacy and the village center of Selva.Consult special price for reservations of 4 people.ETV/7214 SON RUBIOfficial check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.A deposit is required to secure booking.
