Inside the very large spaces are described.It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, has a nice typical fully equiped kitchen and dinning room provided with table and chairs for 6 people.It is surrounded by a natural landscape seen from the large pool 8x4x1,80 m2 with large terraces and garden.In one of the 6 hammocks in the pool area you can relax and enjoy your vacations!Now with electric car charger available.ETV/9237 LAS ENCINASOfficial check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00. € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.A deposit is required to secure booking.The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. 'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information.
