This house was completed in March 2018. It is a one-storey, stone built house with three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Because of its size and comfort it is the perfect accommodation to enjoy a holiday in a tranquil setting which has the added advantage of being only 1.5 km from the closest town, Felanitx. Finca Ca’n Fures has WiFi connection, satellite TV and air conditioning in the living-dining room and one of the bedrooms.
The house comprises a spacious and light central area forming the main living-dining room including satellite TV; next to this room is the fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. On the other side of the living dining area there are three double bedrooms, one of these with en suite bathroom and exit to the terrace plus the other bathroom which has a bath.
The external area of the property has been designed taking into account the comfort and relaxation of the guests. You can enjoy the attractive private pool which has hammocks to relax in, an area of lawn, ideal for children to play on, a covered terrace with table and chairs, a barbecue with fridge, exterior shower, bathroom with shower and secure and private parking for a number of vehicles within the boundary of the accommodation.
