You can discover this gem in Comares, a typical whitewashed village, elected ‘Pueblo Magico d’España’.Casa Del Castillo is located in Comares, at an altitude of 700 meters, in a typical Andalusian white village with narrow streets that lead you to extraordinary corners with spectacular views at every step you take. Follow the ceramic footsteps and discover the Moorish past… but don’t forget to stop now and then in a local bar. Comares is surrounded by beautiful countryside, full of impressive native trees and impressive paths that invite you to hike and enjoy nature. Many guests come here to cycle, mountanbike or…..just to relax. There is also a FREE PADEL COURT in Comares.There is a supermarket, bakery (bread baked in wood-oven!), pharmacy, ATM and several bars and restaurants, all in walking distance from Casa Del Castillo. There is free parking space at a 2 minutes-walk from the house. Another few minutes-walk in the other direction brings you in the middle of nature.

CASA DEL CASTILLO is an incredible holiday home with wonderful and unique views. The owners restored ancient family house during more than a year with beautiful and original details, combined with modern decoration. They created a stylish outside area with stunning swimming pool and a partially covered, spacious terrace with Summer kitchen, lounge corner and dining area, both overlooking the impressive surroundings down to the Mediterranean Sea through glass walls. Entering the house, you walk into a spacious living room/salon with cosy corners and a fire place. The ground floor radiates space and cosiness. It has been decided to eliminate most interior walls and yet every room has its own private space. There is also a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooker, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large windows lead to the impressive swimming pool area. There is also a separate toilet room on the ground floor for the comfort of our guests. In every room you will find an original detail from the old house.On the first floor there is a chill-out salon, three bedrooms (the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and all three giving out to a balcony), and another separate bathroom.There is airco in the 3 bedrooms and free high-speed internet throughout the house.

The outside area is truly amazing. There is a very large, partially covered terrace with lounge set (lovely to take your breakfast in the morning sun), a summer kitchen with wood-fire barbecue, dining table, sink and bar. Big parts of the original walls have been restored and there are many antique details. The eyecatcher though, is a gorgeous pool from where you can enjoy the breathtaking surroundings through a glass wall. Naturally there are beach chairs and an outside shower.

Casa Del Castillo will offer you what you need to disconnect from everyday life and spend an unforgettable time. In our house you can enjoy a wonderful holiday away from the tourist bustle of the coastal towns, yet ideally located to discover the beautiful Andalucia in all its facets(Please note that with reduced prices for longterm rent for 4 weeks and longer, electricity is not included. The meter will be read with you on arrival and at departure and electricity has to be paod in cash)

Only 30 minutes by car, bring you to the well known beach of Torre del Mar. Eat crackling fresh fish in one of the many chiringuitos or enjoy a nice icecream while you walk on the beautiful promenade. Velez Malaga that lies just next to it, has a big commercial center and many supermarkets.During a day trip, you can visit all the touristic highlights of Andalusia such as Malaga, cultural and gastronomic capital with its streets full of beautiful facades, submerged in history. How about a visit to Granada and the beautiful Alhambra palace ? The famous Caminito del Rey in Ardales takes you through the gorges of El Chorro via an impressive hiking path. Cordoba with the Mezquita is unique in the world. A cathedral build inside a mosque.And there is so much more to discover in beautiful Andalusia!
