The apartment is in a villa with 2 flats and is conveniently located to reach the elegant towns of Salo and the historic Sirmione. At the same time, it is a peaceful base to enjoy away from the crowds. Guests can soak a dip in the shared pool and lounge on sun beds. Alternatively, they can relax with zero interruptions in the private garden with an open-air terrace and enjoy summertime barbecues.

Inside, with air-conditioning and central heating, the 2-bedroom apartment offers a comfy stay for up to 6 guests in any season. There is a naturally-lit living room with everything you need to make you feel at home; a big sofa, a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and dining. Please note that the pool is shared with another apartment and the owner’s family. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa.

Location

Located on the southwest shore of Lake Garda, Soiano del Lago is a cosy village with easy access to Lake Garda’s attractions. From the apartment, the centre of the village is just 10 minutes on foot, 15 minutes on foot is the grocery shop, and 3 minutes by car are restaurants, bars and the nearest beach. It is possible to spend a fun day in one of the nearby theme parks (Gardaland and Moviland for example are only half an hour away and Parco Natura Viva is 40 minutes by car). The castle of Moniga and the castle of Padenghe are easily reachable as well as the Rocca di Manerba (all within a 15-20 minute drive).

The holiday rental is perfect for those looking for a tranquil stay in Lake Garda. It offers proximity to Sirmione (a 30-minute drive), with the lakefront Scaligero Castle, and Desenzano, with the famous Desezanino beach (a 10-minute drive). Salo is also within easy driving distance, just under 25 minutes and is a fascinating town where you can find just about everything: from culture and nature to modern entertainment and pleasant walks near the waterfront. There are also a lot of opportunities for staying active on your holiday such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, fishing, diving and golfing.

The nearest international airport is Milan Bergamo, approximately 1 hour away. Please note that the pool is open from the 29th of March 2024 to the 15th of October 2024 A damage deposit of 500EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
