Situated just a short drive from the coast and notable Baroque towns like Modica and Scicli, this dreamy vacation rental with a private garden and pool promises a relaxing and unforgettable holiday for friends and families. Its gorgeous and green outdoors are superbly maintained, with a lovely pool (4 x 8 m; depth: 1.70 m), shaded open-air dining, a rear-end pergola with lounging as well as an outdoor shower at guests’ disposal.
The child-friendly holiday house is split into two levels and has 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen-diner and a full bathroom to provide a convenient and carefree stay. Kitchen utilities include a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, toaster and cooker hob. The living room features characteristic interiors centred around an ambient fireplace and complete with good-quality furniture to ensure a home-like atmosphere.
Free Wi-Fi, washing machine and ironing facilities as well as private parking are available for your convenience.

Bedroom 1: A suggestive master bedroom with an exposed-beam ceiling, a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: A well-lit twin bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 windows.

The road leading to the house is narrow and therefore only small or medium-sized cars can pass through.

Plus, other stunning Sicilian Baroque towns like Noto, with the UNESCO-protected Noto Cathedral is approximately an hour’s drive. Guests can also take fun-filled day trips to the Vendicari Nature Reserve (75 minutes drive) and enjoy exciting activities like snorkelling and hiking as well as one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, Colomosche. Catania’s international airport is 90 minutes away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 29th of October 2024 A damage deposit of 300EUR has to be paid locally.
