Unique holiday home with quiet location

Trulli del Duca is a complex of trulli located in beautiful Martina Franca, in the beautiful landscape of the Valle D'Itria.

Martina Franca is an ideal base both for visiting the beautiful villages of Puglia and for reaching the beautiful beaches of both the Adriatic and Ionian Seas.

This beautiful trulli complex is born on a side road, just 1km from the city center.

The entrance gate will lead you into the large garden where you will have a large space for parking and a terraced area for your activities.

There are two entrances to the trulli to provide guests with as much privacy as possible.

The entrance of the first trullo will lead you to a single area where you will have on the right a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, gas PC, sink and utensils including toaster and electric kettle and in front a nice fireplace.

In the center of the room is a dining table.

To the left, on the other hand, is a double bed with two bedside tables and a closet.

Opposite the bed is the first bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink and shower.

From here you can access the second apartment where we will be welcomed into another dining area and another kitchen, again complete with fridge/freezer, oven, gas PC and utensils. In this space you will have a second fireplace and washing machine.

The kitchen leads to the larger bathroom consisting of a toilet, bidet, sink, shower and bathtub.

The two bedrooms, on the other hand, are located opposite the second entrance and are divided into:
1. double bedroom with wardrobe
2. bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe

What characterizes this beautiful historic home are the outdoor spaces.

You will also have a covered area with a gazebo where you can enjoy your meals outdoors, on the lawn you will find yoga mats and a small pool for children.

Various activities are available to guests including professional massages, cooking classes, home chefs and many others (for a fee and by reservation).
