Villa Matta welcomes you to an area of Salento that is still unspoilt! We are in Manduria, in San Pietro in Bevagna, just 500 metres from the beaches and crystal-clear water.

Located in a quiet area, Villa Matta is ideal for groups or large families thanks to its size and large outdoor spaces.

It is accessed through a gate where you will have space for your cars. The garden extends all around the villa. At the front, under the porch of the villa, there is a shaded area with outdoor table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals.

Three steps lead you into the interior of the villa and you are immediately greeted by the living room where you can relax on the comfortable sofas and watch TV. In the centre of the living room is a nice dining table. The cabinet on the wall next to the stairs converts into a single bed and the sofas can become comfortable sofa beds.

There is a convenient pantry and the first bathroom with WC, bidet and double shower.

To the left, separate from the living room, is the kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, sink, hob and oven.

The second floor leads to the sleeping area:

A long corridor divides all the rooms. At the end of the corridor is the second bathroom with WC, bidet and bathtub.

Located only 500 metres from the sea, in the resort of Specchiarica, Villa Matta will give you the opportunity to reach the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian Salento, including the Salina Nature Reserve where you can admire the famous pink flamingos, the beautiful coastline of Torre Colimena and Punta Prosciutto famous for being called ‘The Maldives of Salento’.
