Nice and cosy villa in a beautiful and quiet rural area, very well located, within a short drive to the Eroski supermarket, the town and Port of Pollença, and a wide selection of beaches.

The exterior of the house has a pretty and well-kept garden and a private space to park the rental cars. The fairly large swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. There are two covered terraces with table and chairs, and both have a traditional style barbecue area, ideal for summer lunches and dinners with friends and family. One of the terraces has a ping-pong table. There are also some nice corners, such as another smaller covered terrace, with a lovely table and chairs, overlooking the swimming pool. There is a roof terrace with spectacular views.

The interior of the house, nicely decorated with traditional Mediterranean touches, consists of a pleasant and bright living/dining room, with a large table and chairs, two comfortable sofas, television, air conditioning and a fireplace. The charming kitchen is white furnished and the walls are decorated with small traditional tiles, which give it a very cosy atmosphere. There are 3 bedrooms, one of them is a double bedroom with a double bed, and the other two are twin bedrooms with two single beds each. All the bathrooms in the house have a shower, there is air conditioning, and internet access (WiFi).
