THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM. The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw. A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. The price includes all water and 300kw electricity costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.   The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).  Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
