The villa is spread over a single floor and features a breezy, open-plan living room furnished with a large sofa, and a coffee table and a spacious dining setup for perfect moments of relaxation. The kitchen of the villa offers every essential utility to enjoy authentic Sicilian meals; a microwave, oven, coffee machine and fridge are available for use.

It is also close to Spiaggia di Santa Maria del Focallo, a Gourmet grocery store, and restaurants, all of which are a 5-minute drive from the holiday villa. Furthermore, the historic city of Ispica is about a 15-minute drive from here,
For shopping, exploring the oldest sanctuaries of the region as well as admiring the Sicilian Baroque and Campagnolo styles, the authentic Sicilian city of Ragusa, Modica, and Scili are less than half an hour from here. The nearest international airport is Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, approximately a 1-hour and 20-minute drive from here. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2024 to the 15th of September 2024 A damage deposit of 300EUR has to be paid locally. A damage deposit of 500EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
