This finca is located on the outskirts of a small, traditional Majorcan town in a quiet area and only 4 km of beautiful pristine beaches.

On the ground floor, a spacious hall with access to other floors, a spacious living room with sofa, TV 52-inch plasma, satellite, DVD, stereo, piano, fireplace ..., dining room with a table for 10 people, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher ..., laundry (washing machine, frogona, broom ...), a bathroom with shower and toilet, two bathrooms with toilet, bathtub vide ... (one of which is ensuite and has jacuzzi), three rooms: - One with two single beds 90 cm wide by 2.00 m long. - One with a double bed 2.00m x 1.50m. - And the other (which has the en suite bathroom and dressing room), has a double bed 1.80mx 2.00m.

This spectacular country house consists of over 300 m² living space on three floors with a capacity for 10 people. The house has 5 bedrooms, spacious kitchen, living room, spacious living room.

On the second floor, find a gym balcony with stationary bike, weights ... which has lovely views. All rooms of the house and they pose cabinets vented to the outside (except gym-viewpoint). Outside there is also a lovely barbecue beside the pool, fully equipped with cutlery, dishes, dishwasher, sofas, bar, fridge, grill, wood oven, sink, satellite plasma TV (52 inches) ... . and a bathroom with shower, wc ... Besides having a spectacular roof terrace around the house with barbecue, private pool, beautiful garden, the farm has 5000 square feet of property. The house has free WIFI for guests, music and central heating (10h/dia) the winter months, around the house. The wifi and background music are also available in the pool and barbecue. Just 4 km we find various leisure activities such as diving, golf, shopping ... also enjoy the wonderful views of the marina of Cala D'or, the marina of Porto Colom ...

DIRECTIONS TO CA’N PALLETA.

On leaving Palma airport drive for approximately 1.5 kilometers and take the left lane and exit following the sign to SANTANYI.  Keep on this motorway for approximately 21kms to the end of the motorway.  Follow the signs to CAMPOS and SANTANYI on to the main road until you come to the entrance to CAMPOS.

At the entrance to CAMPOS go straight through the town following the signs to SANTANYI.  After aproxímatela 12kms you arrive at SANTANYI.
At the entrance to SANTANYI at the first roundabout (opposite the supermarket) turn left to FELANITX. Drive 0.3kms to the next roundabout and go straight over driving a further 0.4kms to a T junction and turn left to CALA DOR/CALONGE.
You will pass through the village of ALQUERIA BLANCA, turn left towards CALONGE/CALA DOR. Upon entering CALONGE go through the village following the signs to S'HORTA/PORTO COLOM. As you leave the village, drive approx 0,2 km and go past the roundabout (sing ES CARRITXO) and take the third exit following the sign for ES CARRITXO.
Drive aprox 0,4 km and turn to the second road on your left (from the exit of the roundabout is the second road on your left). Drive aprox 100 meters along this lane and you will arrive in front to an iron wall, you will arrive to your villaGPS coordinates: 39º40’59,42”N
