The house Melchor near Binissalem is an oasis, a place for unforgettable vacations. It has a capacity of up to 8 guests, it`s comfortable and stands out with a very well-kept garden and a private pool.
The house has 4 bedrooms with large double beds and 4 bathrooms, 3 of them en suite for optimal privacy. 2 bedrooms are on the first floor and the other two are on the ground floor with access to the terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped and has all things you may need in daily life.
The dining room is spacious and bright with satellite TV. With some antique furniture, decorations and wooden beams one feels like in another Mallorcan era. In addition, there is a WC on the ground floor.
The house has central air conditioning (hot / cold), so the house is a good choice for any season because you can always have a comfortable temperature.
Without a doubt, the saltwater pool stands out, it measures 10 x 4 meters and is located in a beautiful, well-kept garden. It also has grass so that children can play. On the terrace and on the porch you can enjoy meals together, of course there is a barbecue at your disposal.

Binissalem is centrally located in the heart of Mallorca, so it`s a good starting point for excursions. It is probably the most famous wine region in Mallorca. We recommend to visit some wineries to taste the good Mallorcan wine. Binissalem is also just one step away from Inca, where you can visit a big market every Thursday. Inca is known for its manufacture of leather goods.
