Holiday home in San Mateo

Accommodation:
Canaria manor house situated 2 km from the center of the Vega de San Mateo. The house combines perfectly with the rustic decor comfort, luminosity and color. It has several lounges, one of them you can enjoy views of the garden through its large glass, and other cozy evenings the warmth of the fires.

The layout of the house is on two floors, finding on the ground floor a cozy lounge with 2 fireplaces, dining room, a well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom and going down some steps we come to the wine cellar room with a billiards. Upstairs we have a bathroom with bath, a spacious and cozy living room with satellite TV and stereo and the bedrooms: the master bedroom with double bed with a fireplace and a spacious bathroom with shower, the second bedroom has two single beds, the third bedroom, which is ideal for children as it has a bunk bed and a third single bed. We also found a fourth bedroom with the peculiarity that has a double bed with special measures 1.35 m wide and 1.70 m long, in this room we can enjoy the view of the environment of San Mateo from its balcony.

The house offers many charming places to enjoy special moments both inside and outside where we can find the barbecue area, a small porch at the entrance, a spacious yard and a veranda with sun loungers where you can relax.


1. Leave the Airport and take highway GC-1 towards to LAS PALMAS.

2. Go on until you see the sign “VALLE DE JINAMAR”. Once you pass this sign move to the second lane on the left, direction to “TAFIRA” by the GC-3.

3. Once on this second motorway continue straight ahead following the direction to “TAFIRA – TAMARACEITE – GALDAR”. Go straight on and take the first exit to the right direction “TAFIRA – SANTA BRIGIDA” GC-4. Go direction to SANTA BRIGIDA until the end of this highway.


4. At the end of this highway you will find a big roundabout with an iron sign SANTA BRIGIDA. Go around this roundabout and here take the second exit towards to SANTA BRÍGIDA GC-15. Pass SANTA BRÍGIDA village and follow this road direction to SAN MATEO by GC-15.


5. Just after to pass the petrol station (Cepsa) you will go into the main street of San Mateo Village. Go straight on this street until you find a deflection to your left to Valsequillo direction GC41. Take this deflection.

6. In the next junction take on your right direction to Valsequillo by GC-41.

7. Follow until you come to a roundabout. Go straight at the first exit, direction to GC41 Valsequillo.

8. At about 650 meters you should take an exit to the right towards El Calero.

9. Within 150 meters you will find on your right the green gate of the entrance to the property with a sign with the name of the house Villa Cloty.
