Nestled along the verdant edges of the enchanting Barranco de Tirajana, amidst a tapestry of olive, almond, and palm trees, sits a charming rural retreat just 3 kilometres from the quaint village of Santa Lucia.

Accessible via a picturesque path, this rustic abode retains the authentic essence of its original architecture. A Canarian wooden-roofed terrace graces the interior patio, bestowing upon the dwelling a timeless allure. Within its embrace lie a cosy double bedroom, a welcoming living room, a kitchen with an adjoining dining area, and a pristine bathroom.

Outside, a terrace beckons, accompanied by a convenient barbecue area and a refreshing swimming pool bordered by a solarium. From this vantage point, guests can drink in the breathtaking panorama of the Barranco de Tirajana.

While the allure of this retreat is undeniable, it is advisable for guests to have access to a rented car during their stay, as public transportation in the area is limited. Parking is available approximately 200 meters from the property, with the final 50 meters encompassing a slightly steep cement pathway.

It's worth noting that during the winter solstice, the sun may not fully reach the house and pool area, with daylight gradually dwindling as December 21 approaches. Nevertheless, the tranquil ambience and natural beauty of this rural oasis remain ever-enchanting, promising a serene escape from the bustle of everyday life.


ROUTE TO LA MONTAÑA:

• Leave the airport and take the motorway ( Autopista) GC 1 towards to the south “El Sur” .
• Take the first exit of the Autopista to the right ( No 18 towards INGENIO) . GC 100.
• At the next roundabout continue on towards “INGENIO” C 100
• Continue through the next two roundabouts and at the third one take the turning to the right to INGENIO ( Through C/ ALEMANIA)
• Carry on through the next 3 roundabouts always following the direction to “AGÜIMES” .
• At the next junction go left towards AGÜIMES
• Go through the town, then take the turning to the right towards “SANTA LUCIA & SAN BARTOLOMÉ DE TIRAJANA GC 550”
• Go through the town of “ TEMISAS”.
• At the next junction head towards “ SANTA LUCIA”.
• Go through SANTA LUCIA & ROSIANA.
• When you get to the CEPSA GAS SATATION ( on the right, just after you cross the “ BARRANCO DE TIRAJANA”, there is a sign on the right with the name “LA MONTAÑA”. Turn in here up the driveway past the ridge where there is a small heritage ( a small monument with a figure of the Virgin inside).
• Continue past this and take the rough road to the right, at the end of this road you will find the house..
