Beautiful Majorcan house located in quiet area, just 1 km from beautiful beaches vigenes.
Besides having a spectacular covered terrace with barbecue, private pool, beautiful garden, the farm has 5000 square feet of property.
The house has 170 m² living space, spread over two floors and can accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor there: the hall, the kitchen, which is fully equipped (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave ...), a bathroom (with toilet and shower), in that toilet are also washing machine, a dining room and lounge with TV, satellite, dvd, play, books, sofas, fireplace ... On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, two of them are equipped with two single beds (90 cm wide each), ie in total there are 4 beds of 90 cm over 2 bedrooms, and the other bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 cm siute bathroom (with bath, video, toilet ...). All bedrooms have air conditioning. On the first floor there is another bathroom with bath, wc, vide ... and two terraces.
Just 2 km you can find various leisure activities such as diving, golf, shopping ... also enjoy the wonderful views of the marina of Cala D'or, the marina of Porto Colom ...
The house has free WIFI for guests, central heating (10h/dia) the winter months and air conditioning (10h/dia) the summer months.
DIRECTIONS TO S'HORT
On leaving Palma airport drive for approximately 1.5 kilometers and take the left lane and exit following the sign to SANTANYI. Keep on this motorway for approximately 21kms to the end of the motorway. Follow the signs to CAMPOS and SANTANYI on to the main road until you come to the entrance to CAMPOS.
At the entrance to CAMPOS go straight through the town following the signs to SANTANYI. After aprox. 12kms you arrive at SANTANYI.
At the entrance to SANTANYI at the first roundabout (opposite the supermarket) turn left to FELANITX. Drive 0.3kms to the next roundabout and go straight over driving a further 0.4kms to a T junction and turn left to CALA DOR/CALONGE.
You will pass through the village of ALQUERIA BLANCA, turn left towards CALONGE/CALA DOR. Upon entering CALONGE go through the village following the signs to CALA DOR. As you leave the village and go past the garden centre - this is the main road to CALA DOR.
Drive approx 3km to the roundabout at the entrance to CALA D’OR (supermarket “EROSKI” on your right, petrol station on your left) and take the left exit following the sign for CALA FERRERA/CALA SERENA. Drive for 1.1km going straight over another roundabout (sign CALA FERRERA) and at the second roundabout turn left following the signs to S’HORTA/PALMA. Drive aprox. 0,1 Km, and on your right you will see a sign post indicating “ CALA SANAU “ turn here and after approximately 0,6 km you will see another sign post indicating “CALA SANAU” turn to the left and drive for 350 meters along this lane, then go straight on for the dirt road aprox. 100 meters and turn left. You will arrive to your villa. S’Hort is in the middel of to villas.
