Holiday home in Calonge

Accommodation:
-The house is a typical Majorca-style ‘finca’ which was totally refurbished in 2007. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. There is central heating, satellite TV and Internet connection throughout.
Entering the house by the front door we find a spacious entrance hall with a pretty central arch. To the left of the hallway there is a double bedroom with double bed 200 cm in length. On the right there is another bedroom with twin beds, 200 cm in length. Through the arch we find the living room, with satellite TV, DVD player and comfortable sofas. There is also a large Bluetooth speaker which can be connected to your mobile phone. Beyond the living room is the kitchen-dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped, with gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the necessary kitchenware. To the right of the living room is a large bedroom with double bed 200 cm in length and a small room with fireplace. To the left of the the living room there are two bathrooms, one with shower and another with bath as well as a large dressing room.
The house benefits from a large, fully equipped external area. There is a pool, next to which is a terrace with 6 hammocks and 3 sunshades and is surrounded by two large areas of lawn. On one side of the house there is a pretty veranda with barbecue together with an outside kitchen area and big terrace table. The laundry is situated behind this veranda to the rear of the house. On one side there is space to park a number of vehicles comfortably and safely.
