Our magnificent recently built luxury finca SUNSET with infinity pool and outdoor kitchen is located at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains near the city of Inca. The finca was built entirely with very high quality materials and furnished in a stylish, luxurious way with great attention to detail. A total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over two floors offer space for up to eight guests. Even when driving on the driveway to the house, you can quickly see that this is a very special property. And when you enter the front door you get into an absolute holiday and relaxation mood. The bright living room with an opening wall of windows and a view of the garden and the pool and the adjoining open American modern kitchen are located on the ground floor. There are a total of four double bedrooms, all of which have their own smart TV and central air conditioning. One of the rooms and one of the bathrooms are on the ground floor and the other three on the second floor, one of which has its own bathroom and a balcony with a wonderful view. The other two bedrooms share the third bathroom. In front of the living room is the huge pool terrace with sun loungers and a Balinese bed and the 12 x 4 m infinity swimming pool with stairs that is integrated into the terrace. Without any doubt, the absolute highlight here is the 30 m2 outdoor kitchen, which is really equipped with everything imaginable, including air conditioning! From here you have a great panoramic view of the mountains with unforgettable holiday moments! The practical artificial turf area in front of the pool area was equipped with two football goals, so that you can always keep an eye on the little ones while you are relaxing in the sun while they let off steam.
