Villa Vilani is located in the idyllic coastal village of Krasica, which is often called the "Fragrant Valley" and which gets its name from the karst landscape that characterizes it. This small village is located in a perfect location and has excellent transport links. From it, you can easily reach the very center of Rijeka in about 10 minutes, beautiful Opatija, the island of Krk or the nearby beaches in about 20 minutes, and if you want to visit the greenery of Gorski Kotar, it is also within your close reach.

The villa itself got its name from the nickname of Krasica’s inhabitants, who were called "Villani" by nearby neighbors and residents of the surrounding villages because of their connection to the land and agricultural activities. The name "Vilani" comes from the word "vile", a tool used to cultivate the land.

The property is located near the karst forest and meadows, and offers a beautiful view of the Kvarner islands, such as Krk and Cres, and the famous coastal peak Učka. That is why, in addition to the luxury of this villa, you will enjoy the scents of nature, the unique scenery of karst with its famous dry walls, as well as a beautiful view of the sea and the sunsets.

The villa is decorated in a modern style and consists of five rooms, 4 are double bedrooms and one is a bedroom with 2 single beds. It is spacious and comfortable, decorated in neutral tones with a touch of both coolnes and warmth and is equipped with modern appliances and cooling systems that ensure a comfortable and carefree stay.

Two of the rooms have their own private bathrooms and all of them are equipped with TVs. In addition to that, the first floor bathroom is equipped with a massage bath, and we even offer you a small children's playroom, and a large outdoor area with a swimming pool and a pool house.

Our pool is spacious and utilises an advanced water treatment electrolysis system with minimal chlorine content. This means that it offers superior water quality and comfort and ensures a healthier and more enjoyable swimming experience in a slightly salty water. What is even more important, this innovative technology that reduces chlorine levels minimizes the environmental impact.

The pool house is a casual space with large glass doors that open to the pool and is equipped with a spa that consists of an indoor shower, a jacuzzi for five people, and a Finnish sauna. Finnish sauna is renowned for its therapeutic benefits, promotes relaxation, detoxification, and improved circulation through dry heat. Its distinct wood-fired or electric stove generates dry heat, creating a tranquil ambiance. The pool house also has a small toilet, an additional kitchen and lounge area with comfortable furniture where you can drink coffee, relax, socialize or watch TV.

You can also enjoy the outdoor dining area, which is located right next to the pool hose kitchen and features a fireplace covered with a modern pergola perfect for outdoor barbecues. You can adapt the pergola to your needs and automatically open or close it in order to create a perfect atmosphere and protect yourself from the sun if necessary.
