The property enjoys a gorgeous private terrace that looks out onto a well-kept garden complete with sun loungers. Shaded with a leafy canopy the terrace is the ideal place for alfresco dining and drinks at the end of a busy day exploring.

Inside, the bright and airy open-plan living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a storage unit, a wall-mounted flat-screen HDTV and a dining table with six chairs. This area also incorporates a fully equipped modern kitchen fitted with; an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Located in the picturesque coastal town of Bibinje in Southern Croatia, the accommodation is within walking distance from a restaurant, shop, supermarket and a 16-minute drive from the historical city of Zadar.

With a history dating back to ancient times Zadar has been influenced by many cultures, its Old Town is a maze of narrow streets, charming squares and well-preserved historic buildings. Visitors will discover Roman ruins, medieval churches, and Venetian and Austro-Hungarian architecture. Zadara is also home to the unique musical ‘Sea Organ’ and Sun Salutation installation.

Bibinje itself enjoys a beautiful coastline with crystal-clear waters, pretty beaches and coves, making it a popular destination for beachgoers and water sports enthusiasts. The surrounding area is characterised by olive groves, vineyards and Mediterranean vegetation.
