Spacious holiday home with pool and jacuzzi

In the heart of Istria in western Croatia, this luxurious contemporary villa is an idyllic holiday retreat. Set in attractive gardens, with a private swimming pool, the villa is on the edge of the picturesque town of Fazana, just 3 minutes from the beach. It combines the best of all worlds and suits families or friends in search of a Mediterranean adventure.

Villa Allegra sleeps 10 people in comfort. It is spread over two floors and mixes indoor and outdoor living, with French windows in the living room opening out onto a delightful shaded loggia by the pool. The L-shaped living area is stylishly furnished with a modern corner sofa, a large wooden dining table and an open-plan kitchen with a small breakfast bar. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.

Upstairs guests can enjoy another living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV and games console as well as a pool table. On the roof of the villa is a charming terrace with cane seating and magnificent sea views. The roof terrace also includes a jacuzzi.

The owners have taken as much care with the exterior spaces as they have with the interiors. The loggia outside the living area has a large dining table for memorable meals al fresco. There is also another corner sofa where guests can relax in the shade. Out in the sun, the poolside terrace has sun loungers, parasols and further seating areas.

Sleeping
The villa has 5 beautiful bedrooms. Three rooms have double beds and two rooms have 2 single beds. Two of the bedrooms also have private balconies. Each bedroom is well-appointed with a wardrobe, flat-screen TV and dressing table/laptop-friendly workspace.

Bathrooms
There are 5 bathrooms, which are attractively decorated. They all have a shower, basin and WC. Two bathrooms also have a bidet. One of the bathroom is en suite.
Extra: There is an outdoor shower by the swimming pool.

Location
The villa is on the edge of the charming town of Fazana, which is an ancient fishing village with colourful houses and a busy little marina. There are boat trips from Fazana to the Brijun Islands, which are a National Park, complete with a safari park and Roman ruins. Otherwise, there are two beaches close to the town.

The larger town of Pula is just 15 minutes away. A visit to its stunning Roman amphitheatre is a must.

For self-catering Fazana’s daily fish market is the best place to pick up the freshest catch of the day. Pula also has a large farmers’ market most mornings. There are several local shops and a supermarket in Fazana for everyday needs.

Pula International Airport is just 20 minutes away. A damage deposit of 1000EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
