With its picturesque location near Lake Dubrava and delightful entertainment amenities, this 2-bedroom house with a pool is a full-fledged holiday destination in itself. On the front of the house, there is a covered terrace with a wooden table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. The house is further surrounded by a big exclusive access garden full of beautiful vegetation, where you can freely pick fresh organic fruit and vegetables. At the property, you’ll also find a paddling pool, volleyball court, bicycles, a trampoline, table tennis as well as other equipment to make the most of its peaceful green location full of sunshine. In the garden, there is a big brick grill ideal for preparing large meals.

Inside, the 2-level holiday house is suitable for up to 6 guests and is fully handmade with wood and sustainable materials. At the ground level of the house, there is a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need for a completely carefree self-catering holiday. From there you can access the upper floor where there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a library area.

A projector and sheet screen, free Wi-Fi and Smart TV are also available for in-house entertainment.

Location

The holiday house is located near Ludbreg in northern Croatia, in an area that is full of beautiful landscapes, lakes, wine roads, rural restaurants, and cycling and walking paths which are ideal for active vacations as well as real gourmet experiences. The Dubrava Lake is just a 10-minute drive away, and here you can enjoy fishing and thrilling sports like hand gliding. Moreover, the location of the property is not far from the baroque city of Varaždin (less than 30 minutes drive) and the capital city of Zagreb (less than a 1-hour drive).

On the first of April, you can enjoy a big celebration in the village of Ludbreg, where you can delight in music, regional treats and a fountain with wine flowing from it! The closest international airport is Franjo Tuđman Airport Zagreb, approximately a 1-hour car ride away. The closest grocery shop and restaurant are 10-20 minutes of walking distance from the property. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2024 to the 1st of September 2024
