This beautiful country house is situated on a Mallorcan country estate with orange and lemon trees. Manacor, Majorca is the second largest town, not far from the beaches of Porto Cristo, Calas de Mallorca, Sa Coma. The house has about 150 m² living space, which extend over two floors. The spacious living room has a fireplace, satellite TV, and it is also home to the huge dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. Overall, the house is on the top floor has two bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and one with 2 single beds. One of the bedrooms has a single bed and is located on the bottom floor near the living room. All rooms are a total of two bathrooms to share with shower. The house is surrounded by a garden, in which the private salt water swimming pool with 11 x 4 m and a depth of 1 m to 2 m with an outdoor shower. Sun beds and umbrellas invite you to sunbathe. The nearest sandy beach is Porto Cristo: only ten minutes away by car. The long sandy beaches of Calas de Mallorca, Sa Coma and Cala Millor can be reached in about 15-20 minutes by car.
