The magnificent modern luxury villa is located near Alcudia just 200 meters from the sea in the privileged suburb of Bonaire.
With around 400 m² of living space on three floors, the magnificent villa has a total of four bedrooms, all on the ground floor, the master suite with hydromassage bathtub, two double bedrooms with a double bed and one with a pull-out bed and extra beds are available for two further guests .
On the ground floor there is also the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining table, access to the balcony overlooking the pool terrace and two bathrooms. On the upper floor there is the open, bright, tastefully modern living room with satellite TV, a second fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an attic with a sofa bed as an adjoining room. The kitchen and living room offer a relaxed view of the forest behind the high wall of glass windows, which surrounds the villa in peace.
The outdoor area with furnished terraces, a barbecue and the 10 x 5m swimming pool with sun loungers is surrounded by tall pine trees that offer complete privacy
