Situated in the municipality of Greve in Chianti, nestled in the picturesque hills at Lamole, this detached house has an antique charm to welcome and comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. With the terrace and its outdoor dining and BBQ, families can enjoy the sun and beautiful landscapes while children and pets can play around in a private fenced garden area. Inside, the ancient elegance and traditional architecture create warm, inviting interiors. This holiday house is spread over two floors where the ground floor has a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette. Meanwhile, the lower floor is accessed by a spiral staircase where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

With an entrance to the living room, the apartment widens to an open kitchen with a dining place with all the essentials like a cooker hob, oven, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, rounding up a carefree holiday. Also, there are facilities like air-conditioning and central heating that offer pleasant year-round stays for all guests.

The last 500 m is a narrow gravel road (where two cars don't pass there together) in good condition, so guests are recommended to drive slowly.

Surrounded by lush hills, overlooking panoramic views of the vineyards and olive groves, the holiday house offers a wonderful starting point for exploring the popular destination of Greve in Chianti, suited for wine enthusiasts and travellers seeking an authentic Italian experience under a quick 13 minutes drive. While at the location, one must also visit Museo del Vino, the Wine Museum to learn about their winemaking traditions. Within the same short drive, guests will reach Greve in Chianti’s central square, Piazza Matteotti, to spend some hours at quaint shops and local cafes and restaurants.

Under a 20-minute drive from the holiday house, guests can explore many vineyards and wineries, like Azienda Agricola Panzanello and Montecalvi Winery, that make the famous Chianti Classico wine offering tours and tastings. Meanwhile, for golf lovers, the Ugolino golf course is nearby, roughly a 32-minute drive from the rental. The nearest airport is Florence (FLR) Airport, about 50 minutes drive away. A damage deposit of 2000EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
